Xianfeng Valve has made significant progress in valve R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and marketing services, and has established a sound and comprehensive management system. Its affiliated departments—including the R&D Center, Machining Center, Quality Inspection Center, Market Service Center, and Financial Settlement Center—operate in a standardized and scientific manner, providing customers with reliable service and quality assurance.

The Machining Center is equipped with over 100 metal-cutting machines, including vertical lathes, digital display boring machines, CNC lathes, and radial drilling machines. The Quality Inspection Center features 38 sets of testing equipment, such as spectrometers, computer-integrated multi-element analyzers, electronic tensile testing machines, and hydraulic valve testing benches. These facilities form a solid material foundation for timely, high-quality, and reliable product delivery.

In 2000, Xianfeng Valve became one of the first companies to pass the ISO9001 international quality certification. To expand into the European market, the company obtained CE certification for pressure equipment, GB/T24001-2004 environmental management system certification, and GB/T28001-2011 occupational health and safety management system certification in 2006. It also holds the People's Republic of China Special Equipment Manufacturing License (TS Certificate) and the High-tech Enterprise Certificate. These accomplishments demonstrate the company’s increasingly mature and internationally aligned quality management system throughout R&D and critical production processes.

Xianfeng Valve’s main products include gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, check valves, diaphragm valves, plug valves, as well as automatic control valves such as pneumatic and electric valves. These products are widely used in industries including petroleum, chemical engineering, oilfields, coal chemical, energy, steel, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, mining, food, and water treatment. Some of its products are exported to countries and regions such as Pakistan, Africa, Malaysia, Vietnam, the United States, Thailand, South Korea, North Korea, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Finland, and Japan.
